Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the organization's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with its mission and values
  • Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to secure resources and support
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations, stakeholders, and donors
  • Oversee the organization's fiscal management, ensuring sound financial practices and responsible budgeting
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve organizational goals, promote social justice, and advance the organization's mission

Compensation

$130,000 - $150,000
