Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer - Multimodal Project Lead to join our team in Columbus, OH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading complex multimodal projects from concept to construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage your expertise in civil engineering to develop innovative solutions for challenging projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through effective communication.
  • Develop and implement roadway, streetscape, and active transportation projects that positively impact communities.
Requirements:
  1. A Professional Engineering license in OH (other Midwest states a plus)
  2. A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering
  3. Proficiency in one or more of the following: MicroStation (including OpenRoads), AutoCAD (including Civil 3D)
Preferred Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of engineering experience developing construction documents and/or public agency construction administration (15 years preferred)
  • Experience serving in a project and/or design management role
  • Broad knowledge base in civil engineering, with specific experience in roadway design, drainage design, geometric design, 3D modeling, and design of accessible public spaces
  • Proven track record of delivering multiple large/complex projects on time and on budget
Compensation and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is approximately $120,000 to $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, a health savings account (HSA), and a flexible spending account (FSA).
