Care Partner for Individuals with Intellectual or Developmental Disabilities

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in someone's life. As a Care Partner, you will provide personalized support and care to our clients, helping them achieve their full potential.
Responsibilities- Provide 1:1 care and companionship to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
- Transport and accompany clients on errands and appointments, promoting independence and community integration
- Engage in activities and hobbies that bring joy and fulfillment to our clients, fostering positive relationships and experiences
- Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, to promote self-sufficiency and well-being
- Participate in community-based activities and outings, enhancing our clients' social connections and engagement

To be considered for this rewarding role, candidates should possess:
