Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion and mentor for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide 1:1 care and companionship to individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in their homes and communities
  • Transport and accompany clients on errands and appointments, promoting independence and community integration
  • Engage in activities and hobbies that bring joy and fulfillment to our clients, fostering positive relationships and experiences
  • Assist with daily tasks, such as meal preparation, to promote self-sufficiency and well-being
  • Participate in community-based activities and outings, enhancing our clients' social connections and engagement

Requirements
