Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interactions, providing effective conflict resolution and maintaining a professional demeanor.
- Keep comprehensive records of customer profiles and generate status reports to track progress and performance.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the business, identifying and addressing supply chain issues to minimize customer impact.
- Follow established standard operating procedures meticulously, ensuring tasks are completed within designated time frames.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to build strong relationships across various departments.
- Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience and outstanding proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Education:

- Bachelor’s Degree.
