Job Summary

Action Ambulance Service, Inc. is committed to delivering exceptional service to our customers and the communities we serve. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Services Coordinator to join our team in a fast-paced customer-focused Call Center environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve customer service inquiries and scheduling of Non-Emergency Calls
  • Respond to 911 dispatch calls from various towns
  • Interact with care providers, such as hospitals, doctors' offices, and nursing homes
  • Make Outbound calls to clients updating them on the arrival of their scheduled transportation
  • Meet performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, procedure adherence, and professionalism
  • Achieve certifications as required by the company
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills, be proficient in all Microsoft Office products, have attention to detail, and one year of experience in an office setting, call center setting, or phone support role. A High School Diploma or GED equivalent and the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment are also required.
