Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of fudge products for customer sales.
  • Perform various functions within Ginna's restaurant, including deli service, barista duties, grilling, ice cream preparation, baking, and other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Adhere to all food safety regulations as mandated by local and state guidelines.
  • Ensure proper receipt and storage of all products in line with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Assist in training new team members using kitchen tools, mentorship checklists, and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain cash control and manage till operations according to SCHEELS guidelines.
  • Support daily and detailed cleaning schedules, along with opening and closing procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date knowledge of café recipes and prepared food items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and surrounding areas.
  • Exhibit professionalism in appearance and attitude, fostering a positive team environment while respecting SCHEELS policies.
  • Perform basic mathematical operations and effectively communicate in writing and verbally.
  • Be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Prepare a diverse range of food, beverages, and ingredients.

Education & Experience:

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

Physical Requirements:

Be aware that our food may contain or come into contact with common allergens.

Must be capable of performing physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, climbing, kneeling, and lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position requires medium physical exertion, including lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10-25 pounds frequently.
