Job SummaryAs a Customer Service Expert, you'll be part of a team of experts that work collaboratively to ensure our customers receive top-notch service. You'll focus on a specific customer base, building relationships and delivering end-to-end resolutions to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide effective and timely resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
