Shifts: both full-time and part-time positions available.

What will your responsibilities be as a Customer Service Representative?
  • Welcome every customer with a friendly demeanor, express gratitude for their business, and encourage their return.
  • Provide a quick, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
  • Recommend purchases to customers to highlight store promotions.
  • Accurately process sales and merchandise, informing customers of available discounts/promotions while adhering to all company policies and applicable laws.
  • Maintain cleanliness both inside and outside the store.
  • Restock shelves, displays, and coolers as necessary.
  • Ensure proper sanitation and food handling/preparation/storage/disposal procedures are followed.
  • Label, rotate, and stock shelves, coolers, and displays appropriately.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
What we are looking for:
  • Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • A strong desire and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Availability to meet business needs for a 24/7 operation, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
  • Experience in leading by example and consistently doing the right thing.
  • A strong sense of teamwork; we collaborate to achieve our goals.
  • The ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods.
  • While performing the duties of this position, frequent standing, walking, bending, twisting, reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching, and talking and listening are required.
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 65 pounds.
  • Work safely in environments that may include heat, cold, allergens, noise, and fumes/chemicals/odors from gasoline and cleaning agents.
