Position Overview

MAXISIQ is currently seeking a qualified IT Support Specialist Systems Administrator dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the effective operation of our information technology systems. The ideal candidate will assist clients both remotely and on-site, guiding them through system configurations and troubleshooting processes while striving for efficient issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver prompt and effective technical assistance to users by researching inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal workstation and LAN performance.
  • Enhance client documentation by creating and maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Contribute to the development of client training initiatives by identifying learning challenges and suggesting instructional content.
  • Boost system efficiency by diagnosing issues and proposing improvements.
  • Support the organization's mission by achieving related objectives as required.
Qualifications
  • Clearance Requirement: Must possess an active or current Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Full-Scope Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, or relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in systems administration.
