About the Role

Arcfield is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for maintaining the Windows and Database environments in AWS, which hosts our COTS Primavera Project and Portfolio management software suite.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Management: Create and maintain all databases required for development, testing, training, and production usage.
  • Database Administration: Provide administration of database objects, including tables, clusters, indexes, views, sequences, packages, and procedures.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to application development teams.
  • Vendor Communication: Communicate with Vendor(s) in respect to troubleshooting issues and requesting support.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Use applications residing in an EC2 instance with goals of leveraging high availability and scalability capabilities in the Cloud.
  • Oracle Primavera Administration: Maintain and patch the Oracle Primavera suite, including Enterprise Portfolio Project Management (EPPM) and Oracle Portfolio Project Management (OPPM), the billing applications, and reporting tools (Business Intelligence Publisher).
  • Billing Process Administration: Administer and execute billing processes, including billing statement creation and distribution.
  • Application Support: Provide Oracle Primavera application support for the configuration, deployment, optimization, and O&M of the services.
  • Access Control Administration: Administer access controls for EPPM, OPPM, BI Publisher, and billing applications.
  • System Troubleshooting: Provide system troubleshooting as necessary.
  • Documentation Maintenance: Maintain and update system engineering documentation for the lifespan of the program.
Requirements
  • Security Clearance: Must Possess and Maintain a TS/SCI with Poly.
  • Database Skills: Database Oracle, Oracle RDS.
  • Operating Systems: Linux and Windows Server.
  • AWS Experience: AWS hosting experience.
  • DevOps Tools: Git Hub, Jira, Confluence, Jenkins.
  • Education: BS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7 or relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of Customer's Environment: Knowledge of customer's environment.
