We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Premise Health in Stratford, CT. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary of $85,000 per year, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
About the Job:As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patient care needs, prioritizing treatment, and maintaining patient flow. You will conduct nursing assessments, provide treatment within the scope of your practice, and collaborate with physicians and other licensed independent practitioners as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluating patient care needs and prioritizing treatment
- Conducting nursing assessments and providing treatment within scope of practice
- Collaborating with physicians and other licensed independent practitioners
- Maintaining patient records and adhering to infection control procedures
To be successful in this role, you must have a Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or Associates' degree (A.S.). A Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred. You must also be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of Connecticut and have current hands-on training in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for healthcare providers.
