Telehealth Facilitator Job Description

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Telehealth Facilitator. As a Telehealth Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of telehealth services in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the liaison between healthcare providers and patients during telehealth visits, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Ensure that telehealth equipment is functioning properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and connect patients with technical support as needed.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling between healthcare providers and clients in SNFs, ensuring timely and efficient connections.
  • Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals regarding telehealth services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Timely connect patients with telehealth appointments, ensuring minimal delays or disruptions.
  • Communicate with patients, families, facility staff, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Comfortable using technology, including iPads, tablets, smartphones, computers, and mobile applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
