Telehealth Facilitator

Behavioral Health Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a part-time Telehealth Facilitator. As a Telehealth Facilitator, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality telehealth services to patients in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Telehealth Visit Coordination: Serve as the liaison between healthcare providers and patients during telehealth visits, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot technical issues with telehealth equipment, connect patients with technical support as needed, and ensure equipment is functioning properly.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Coordinate appointment scheduling between healthcare providers and clients in SNFs, ensuring timely and efficient scheduling.
• Client Support: Provide ongoing support to healthcare professionals regarding telehealth services, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Communication: Communicate with patients, families, facility staff, and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using technology, including iPads, tablets, smartphones, computers, and mobile applications.
• Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Behavioral Health Knowledge: Knowledge of behavioral health terminology and concepts.
• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Driver's License: Possession of a valid Driver's License.
• Additional Requirements: Some facilities may require up-to-date vaccinations or appropriate exemptions, BLS, TB Test, CPR/AED/First Aid Certificate.
