Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory and load the work vehicle with equipment, products, and supplies needed for each project, ensuring a well-stocked and organized vehicle.
  • Prepare rooms/areas for work activities, including moving furniture, laying protectants, setting up containment, and placing equipment.
  • Perform production processes as directed, utilizing power tools, removing drywall, flooring, insulation, and other materials as needed.
  • Adhere to safety and risk management guidelines at all times, prioritizing the well-being of yourself and others.
  • Communicate effectively with crew chiefs and other technicians to maintain efficient production processes.
  • Perform end-of-day/end-of-job cleanup and breakdown, leaving the jobsite with a clean and orderly appearance.
Requirements
  • Effective oral communication skills.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Experience in cleaning and restoration is preferred.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • IICRC certifications are preferred.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance.
  • Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and navigate tight spaces.
  • Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
  • Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals.
  • Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary.
  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law.
