Job Title: Project Procurement Manager

Job Summary:

Hydrostor is seeking a highly skilled Project Procurement Manager to join our team in Denver. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating contracts across North America, ensuring the timely procurement of critical equipment and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead procurement activities, including drafting requests for proposals (RFPs), evaluating bids, and negotiating contract terms to secure the best deals for the company.
  • Develop and implement scalable procurement processes and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
  • Manage RFP, negotiations, selection and contracting for project needs regarding indirect material and services.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Track and manage delivery schedules for all procured items, coordinating with vendors and internal project teams to ensure that materials and equipment arrive on time and meet project specifications.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Identify areas for improvement within the procurement process and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Law, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Strong knowledge of business law, contracts, and negotiation strategies.
  • Experience working with legal teams to draft, review, and finalize contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
