We are in search of a vibrant and knowledgeable coffee enthusiast to craft and serve a variety of coffee beverages, light snacks, and additional refreshments at ARRIVE Wilmington.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the welcoming presence that enriches our guests' experiences by infusing your unique style into every interaction.
  • Ensure guests enjoy a delightful visit from their arrival to their departure.
  • Create a cozy, inviting, and relaxed environment that transforms first-time visitors into loyal patrons.
  • Master our service protocols, product offerings, menu items, and operational systems.
  • Take customer orders, prepare espresso beverages, and serve coffee and refreshments as requested.
  • Address customer inquiries regarding ingredients and make adjustments to their preferences with care.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain an organized and efficient coffee bar, restaurant, and bar area.
  • Restock and prepare the coffee bar and workstations as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with management regarding customer feedback.
  • Work alongside hotel staff to promote our bar and restaurant offerings to overnight guests.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations.
  • Process payments accurately.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with precision, speed, and accuracy.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
  • Ability to follow instructions meticulously and understand guests' service needs.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a cohesive team.
  • Capacity to work independently while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.
  • At least one year of experience in a high-volume or prestigious dining establishment.
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, with the ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
