About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Services Representative to join our team at Piedmont Urgent Care by Wellstreet. As a key member of our back office staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and supporting our clinical team.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examinations and assist with treatment
  • Perform triage and obtain vital signs
  • Document patient history and maintain confidentiality
  • Collect laboratory specimens and administer medications
  • Start IVs, place catheters, and perform splinting as needed
  • Train and assist with Occupational Medicine services
  • Ensure compliance with health care regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a MA or EMT program from an accredited institution
  • One year of relevant healthcare experience, preferably in urgent care or emergency department
  • Proficiency in venipuncture and injections
  • Knowledge of clinical procedures, medical anatomy, and physiology
