We are expanding our team and are seeking both Part-Time Sales Associates and Key Holders. These positions focus on delivering exceptional customer service, where associates engage with customers, offering guidance and demonstrating our extensive range of woodworking supplies and tools. When not directly assisting customers, associates are responsible for maintaining the sales floor, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and engage customers as they enter the store.
  • Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Process transactions using cash registers.
  • Recommend suitable products based on customer inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store throughout the day.

Key Holder Responsibilities:

  • Open and close the store as directed by management, along with other management-related tasks such as receiving and merchandising.
  • Handle cash register operations and process payments.
  • Manage customer refunds and prepare necessary documentation in accordance with company procedures.
  • Assist with inventory management, including unloading deliveries and pricing items.

Qualifications:

  • Dynamic, self-driven individual with strong listening and communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs safely.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
  • Previous experience in a retail sales environment is advantageous but not mandatory.
