  • Operational Excellence: Support replenishment activities, assist with locate fulfillment, and maintain boutique cleanliness and organization.
  • Teamwork and Growth: Promote an inclusive, collaborative approach to problem-solving and seek personal developmental opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Retail or sales experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to learn or adapt to technology, and strong organizational skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Constant walking/standing (8-hour shift).
  • Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs. (1-33% of 8-hour shift).
  • Frequent climbing (34%-66% of 8-hour shift).
