Role SummaryThe Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for providing in-home training and education to patients requiring ventilator therapy. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home training and education to patients and their caregivers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Requirements
  • CRT or RRT certification is required; current licensure in the state of Georgia is also mandatory.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are essential for travel between patients' homes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure when needed.
