  • Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Communication: Work effectively with verbal and written instructions, and communicate with colleagues and supervisors as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of experience in assembly and production.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, knowledge of electrical wiring schematics, and good math skills.
  • Qualifications: Ability to work independently, knowledge of quality control procedures, and commitment to continuous improvement.
