Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Kreg Therapeutics. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling a variety of products, meeting quality and productivity goals, within a manufacturing-production work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to standard work instructions and blueprints.
  • Operate and setup production equipment/fixtures as needed.
  • Become proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Properly complete manufacturing documentation, including material requests and quality reports.
  • Maintain the accuracy of identification and count of point-of-use material.
  • Accurately determine and report material usage.
  • Follow all corporate, regulatory, safety, and manufacturing-production policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds as necessary for job duties.
  • Ability to maintain a standing position for extended durations when required for job tasks.
  • Proficiency in the skillful use of commonly utilized hand tools, with an added advantage if possessing prior experience in grinding/soldering tasks.
  • Ability to read and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Capacity to accommodate overtime work when required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in assembling operations.
  • Experience in interpreting and adhering to blueprints and familiar with technical terminology.
  • Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees, supervisors, or engineers.
  • Authorization to work in the US.
