• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve assembly processes and product quality.
• Keep accurate records of production quantities and times.
• Load and unload trucks with dollies.
• Box games and make cardboard.
• Complete quality and testing procedure forms.
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and adapt to new product introductions.
• Recognize and troubleshoot assembly performance problems.
• Using the computer to print labels and order parts.
• Maintain positive working relationship with co-workers and other departments.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Technical certification in mechanical assembly or related field is preferred.
Work Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 75 pounds.
• Team-oriented with good communication skills.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly role preferred.
• Strong work ethic a must.
