EM Resource Group is seeking a highly skilled Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, with experience in QuickBooks and AIA. Key responsibilities include assisting with employee travel arrangements, shipping supplies to client sites, and answering telephone calls and emails from customers and clients. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring office supplies, ordering new stationery and equipment as needed, and reporting office progress to senior management. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as excellent time management and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize work is also crucial. **Key Responsibilities:**
