Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Software Systems Analyst to join our team at ITProFound Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for analyzing and designing business requirements for software applications in the healthcare, banking, finance, and other industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze business requirements for software applications and prepare BRDs, FRDs, and Use Cases for product development.
  • Incorporate user feedback during the refinement of requirements for User Interface and User Experience design, and during User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Integrate user-centered design principles during the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Identify and implement automation efforts.
  • Replicate and resolve production issues for single applications.
  • Conduct functional decomposition and develop specifications.
  • Assist in system design and Quality Assurance duties when needed.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software development life cycles, user-centered design principles, and automation efforts. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

This role may require relocation to client sites and travel within the United States, with an estimated 5% frequency of travel.
