Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
  • Lead and facilitate regular sales meetings to educate, inspire, and motivate Sales Consultants.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage sales support resources and tools.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
  • Provide coaching, training, and feedback to Sales Consultants to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • High school education required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
  • 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
