- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage sales support resources and tools.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop corrective actions.
- Provide coaching, training, and feedback to Sales Consultants to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- High school education required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business administration) or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- 2 or more years' experience successfully growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and develop effective solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
