Key Responsibilities

  • Process sales orders in our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Work closely with the sales team to support the sales process from order receipt to delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and send delivery orders, invoices, and other relevant documents to customers.
  • Liaise with our courier service and in-house team to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Support the process of product insurance, liaising with end-users and insurance companies as needed.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to order processing, invoicing, and data maintenance.

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in order processing or sales support.
