Position Summary:

The Branch Manager will take charge of all facets of branch operations, encompassing team leadership, member services, financial outcomes, and community engagement. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Development: Inspire, guide, and empower branch personnel to attain exceptional performance and superior member service. Conduct regular performance assessments and offer coaching and growth opportunities.
  • Operational Management: Supervise daily branch functions, ensuring adherence to credit union policies and regulatory standards.
  • Financial Oversight: Evaluate and enhance branch financial outcomes, including achieving sales targets, managing budgets, and optimizing profitability.
  • Member Experience: Cultivate a positive member journey by addressing inquiries, resolving challenges, and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Promote and cross-sell credit union offerings.
  • Community Relations: Act as a representative of the credit union within the community, fostering connections with local enterprises and organizations. Formulate and execute strategies to boost branch visibility and community participation.
  • Risk Oversight: Guarantee branch security, operational integrity, and compliance with all risk management protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years in branch management or a comparable leadership position within a financial services context is preferred. Familiarity with credit union policies and procedures is essential.
  • Skills: Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal capabilities. Proficiency in financial oversight, sales techniques, and customer service. Ability to analyze and interpret financial metrics.
