Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily recording of banking transactions
  • Billing for sales transactions and managing inventory entries into the system
  • Facilitating daily OEM dealer transfers
  • Entering Accounts Payable invoices and processing vendor payments
  • Reconciling monthly OEM parts statements
  • Handling cancellations for F&I products and warranties
  • Conducting weekly reconciliations between stores
  • Managing the month-end closing process
  • Performing General Ledger reconciliations and assisting with month-end closing activities

Adhere to all company safety protocols, regulations, and procedures relevant to your role.

Additional tasks may be assigned by the corporate controller as you advance in your position.



Qualifications:
  • At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership setting
  • Experience in dealership office management or accounting is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with vehicle title processing is strongly desired
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work additional hours as necessary during mid-month and month-end periods to complete payroll and financial closing tasks
  • A friendly and approachable demeanor with a proactive attitude
