Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Plant Finance Leader to join our Milliken Textiles Manufacturing Finance team. This role is based in Gainesville, GA and will be responsible for managing the financials of 24 plants across various manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform period-end close and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to drive profit and process improvement
  • Lead and certify inventory and material cycle counts and clearings
  • Provide financial perspective to plant managers and operations teams to drive business solutions
  • Manage major capital and expense spending, as well as asset management

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
  • Microsoft Office expertise
  • 3-5 years of management accounting experience, with manufacturing experience a plus
  • SAP experience
  • Professional accounting certification (CMA and/or CPA) a plus
