Responsibilities
- Create, proofread, and edit written materials as needed.
- Handle internal and external correspondence.
- Makes travel arrangements.
- Covers reception duties including answering phone calls and responding to emails.
- Updates calendars and maintains departmental schedules.
- Uses and coordinates maintenance for local office equipment.
- Cross-trains and learns other responsibilities within the team and provides assistance as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 per year
The salary range provided is based on industry standards and takes into account factors such as location and level of experience.
