Job Summary

The Assistant Property Manager position plays a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, under the supervision of the Property Manager. Key responsibilities include assisting with maintenance and repair, tenant relations, owner relations, budgeting, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, and have a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional tenant service, responding to requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Manage vendor relationships, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance with contracts.
  • Conduct regular property inspections, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Prepare and present annual operating budgets to ownership, including leasing assumptions and capital improvements.
  • Review and code invoices, prepare work orders, and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
