Position Overview:
As a Program Manager for Innovative Technology Integration, you will serve as the primary liaison for internal stakeholders and partners within the Early Life-Cycle Management (ELM) New Technology Introduction team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and articulate business requirements, driving solutions to complex challenges.
- Oversee the deployment of new technologies to mechanical and electrical engineering teams within our distribution network.
- Balance organizational needs with technical limitations, ensuring optimal solutions that adhere to standards, scalability, and supportability.
- Implement technical strategies and lead cross-functional initiatives to meet demanding timelines.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts, develop program documentation, and influence technical roadmaps.
- Cultivate productive relationships with colleagues and customers globally, leveraging patience and a positive attitude.
- Travel frequently to various operational sites, with potential international travel as necessary.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical product or program management.
- Proven experience collaborating with engineering teams and managing cross-functional programs.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to utilize data to support decisions and build business cases.
- Experience in assessing and mitigating risks associated with new product introductions.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with automated systems, electrical principles, and maintenance procedures.
- Experience in integrating new robotic assets into production environments.
- Understanding of robotics system components, control networks, and standard electrical systems.
