Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Record-Keeping: Ensure adherence to Federal, State, City, and CAMBA security and privacy policies related to individually identifiable health information.
  • Client and Program Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records that meet funder standards and follow CAMBA's internal quality control procedures.
  • Intake and Program Development: Collaborate with program staff to develop and implement effective intake processes and program services.
  • Workforce Development: Support the development and implementation of workforce development initiatives that promote employment and economic stability for refugees and other underserved populations.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. social work, public health, business administration).
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a non-profit or government setting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of Federal, State, City, and CAMBA policies and procedures related to compliance and record-keeping. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
