Job Overview

At Comfort Systems of Montana, we're seeking an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. This role is crucial for delivering exceptional HVAC services to commercial and residential clients. As a lead installer, you'll oversee installations, ensuring electronic and mechanical components meet our high standards of quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Expertise and Organizational Skills: Lead the installation of commercial and residential HVAC systems with precision, planning, and execution.
  • Mentorship and Communication: Supervise and train 1-2 apprentice team members, fostering their development with strong communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving and Proactive Collaboration: Utilize analytical skills to address challenges and make informed decisions, promoting a culture of teamwork and shared goals.
  • Professional Development and Technical Compliance: Stay up-to-date with industry standards and technology advancements, maintaining EPA and NATE certifications.


Requirements:

  • Educational Background: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in the HVAC industry.
  • Technical Knowledge & Skills: In-depth technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation processes, including reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and HVAC wiring diagrams.
  • Valid Driver's License & Clean Record: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is essential for this role.
