HVAC Installation Team Lead

Premier Systems is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Installation Team Lead to join our team in Bozeman, MT. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for leading residential new construction projects, including rough-in, trim, and start-up. Responsibilities- Lead residential new construction projects, including rough-in, trim, and start-up
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment
- Execute all aspects of residential new construction projects proficiently
- Pay attention to detail and commit to delivering high-quality workmanship
- Work effectively in a team environment
- Foster a positive and collaborative work atmosphere
- Mentor and support install apprentices willingly
- Display strong communication skills to interact with team members, clients, and other stakeholders
- Minimum of 2 years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience, including experience in managing and training installation technicians in HVAC is preferred
- Demonstrate prior experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferred
- Hold relevant certifications and licenses in HVAC installation as required by state regulations
- Effective communication skills
- Demonstrate a deep knowledge of project management, including raw materials, building processes, quality control, and cost management
- Understand the ins and outs of construction means and methods, particularly related to residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings
- Have a genuine passion for delivering high-quality work and upholding the highest standards
- Exhibit excellent leadership skills, integrity, and trustworthiness
- Adept at reading and interpreting financial reports, drawings/blueprints, legal documents, and industry/trade periodicals
- Capable of building and maintaining excellent client relationships
- Comfortable in using technology in the field and adaptive to changing situations
- Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
- Valid MT Drivers License & Clean Driving Record
- Universal EPA
- OSHA 30
- Amenable to adherence to our tobacco-free facility policy
- Must be authorized to work in the US
