Assistant Clinical Director

Monte Nido & Affiliates, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Clinical Director to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in the 24-hour management of all clinical functions of our facility.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Clinical Director in overseeing the entire admission process and/or clinical intake process.
  • Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff, ensuring they meet educational/licensure requirements.
  • Assist in implementing plans for performance improvement and developing cost-effective methods to provide service.
  • Recruit and interview new employees, ensuring they meet the organization's standards.
  • Attend clinical and administrative meetings to share information inter-departmentally.
  • Work collaboratively with program leadership to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of administrative and clinical policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related services field, preferably knowledgeable in eating disorders.
  • A minimum of 1 year experience with eating disorder clients.
  • Licensed to practice clinical discipline in the appropriate state, as applicable, required.
  • CPR certification required.
