Job Summary

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA to join our team at Genesis HealthCare. As a CNA, you will work alongside a Licensed/Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support. This is a full-time position with a pay target of $17-$21 per hour.

Responsibilities
  • Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Ensure patient safety and well-being by following established protocols and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Successful completion of a state-approved CNA program and current certification.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
