Our global network provides customers with local resources for quality material handling equipment, fleet management solutions, and support services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process rental and used equipment orders
- Schedule deliveries and process invoices
- Approve and code vendor invoices for payment
- Order equipment, batteries, and chargers as required for the rental fleet
- Collaborate with management to monitor rental equipment and used truck inventories
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor or associate degree in business, preferred
- Previous coordinator experience in a sales and/or rental department, preferred
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Microsoft Office experience
Work Authorization:
