The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven individual to fill the role of Outside Sales - Regional B2B representative. This position presents a fantastic opportunity to boost sales and enhance company profitability by nurturing existing client relationships and attracting new customers within a designated territory.

The role demands innovative thinking and a proactive approach to engage new clients and discover avenues for expanding business with current customers. Ideal candidates will possess high energy levels, independent problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance profitability by advocating products, offering technical assistance, and conducting training sessions for both new and returning clients.
  • Identify, generate, and pursue new customer leads.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to foster sales growth.
  • Provide expert advice to help clients realize their project visions.
  • Contribute to a collaborative work environment.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to promote the company's offerings.
  • Monitor the technical and business needs of prospective clients.
  • Offer feedback regarding inventory levels, dead stock, and product evaluations.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product lines.
  • Negotiate effectively to secure favorable profit margins and uphold the company's financial health.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction is consistently met.
  • Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and operations team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Report customer concerns to the Branch Manager promptly and provide support to resolve issues while maintaining strong relationships.
  • Maintain open communication channels among all sales personnel.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a keen interest in outside sales, with a proven history of surpassing sales targets and a strong work ethic. Essential qualities include excellent organizational skills, time management, self-motivation, and a drive for success.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Compensation is based on a 100% commission structure, with earning potential ranging from $72,000 to $150,000 annually.
  • Uncapped commission opportunities.
