Employment Type:
Full Time, 4-10 hour shifts
Working Hours:
40 hours per week, with shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Licensure: Must possess a current professional Nursing License in the state of Illinois.
- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Certification: BLS/CPR certification is mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant clinical setting is required; prior management experience is advantageous.
- Skills: Not applicable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance safety outcomes and foster a high-quality patient experience.
- Oversee daily clinical operations and manage unit workflow.
- Provide direct patient care when necessary.
- Accountable for patient care outcomes in designated clinical areas.
- Lead and mentor a team of caregivers to deliver personalized care to patients and their families, preparing them for discharge.
- Facilitate staff development through teaching, mentoring, and counseling, focusing on both clinical and customer service skills.
- Take charge of clinical performance management.
