Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising all assigned clients and related tasks to guarantee high-quality financial reporting.
  • Documenting and categorizing financial transactions across various accounting platforms.
  • Preparing month-end entries, maintaining intricate supporting schedules, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in accounting (Bachelor's or higher) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses.
  • Experience managing multiple clients or companies simultaneously.
  • Expertise in balance sheets and financial statements.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) within the last 5 years.
  • Strong multitasking, time management, and communication abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and contributing to team efforts.
  • Bonus qualifications include:
    • Experience in bookkeeping or accounting for the automotive repair sector (e.g., mechanic shops, body shops).
    • Experience with internal or external audits.
