Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising all assigned clients and related tasks to guarantee high-quality financial reporting.
- Documenting and categorizing financial transactions across various accounting platforms.
- Preparing month-end entries, maintaining intricate supporting schedules, and reconciling balance sheet accounts.

Qualifications:
- A degree in accounting (Bachelor's or higher) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping for small to mid-sized businesses.
- Experience managing multiple clients or companies simultaneously.
- Expertise in balance sheets and financial statements.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) within the last 5 years.
- Strong multitasking, time management, and communication abilities.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- A genuine passion for assisting others and contributing to team efforts.
- Bonus qualifications include:
- Experience in bookkeeping or accounting for the automotive repair sector (e.g., mechanic shops, body shops).
- Experience with internal or external audits.
