  • Continuously collaborate with the team to enhance and refine operational processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or Specialist role.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficient in utilizing various communication tools to engage with stakeholders.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining process documentation.
  • Proven ability to track tasks from initiation to completion.

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
  • Strong relationship management skills, capable of working collaboratively while also being self-sufficient.
  • Experience in change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the tooling development process and user-acceptance testing.
  • Comfortable working with data and performing analyses using tools like Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Adaptable, communicative team player with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced corporate or technology environment; comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Interest in contributing to the organization's mission and objectives.
  • Experience with SQL is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree is preferred.
