Resource MFG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the HR department, including preparing and processing new hire paperwork, maintaining employee records, and coordinating employee events.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, update job descriptions, and coordinate interviews with prospective candidates.
  • Employee Relations: Process change of status paperwork, provide COBRA information, and ensure compliance for terminated employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with the coordination of employee benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and Aflac benefits.
  • Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
Requirements
  • One year of related experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.

  • Competitive hourly rate up to $25 per hour depending on experience.
  • Full-time work schedule with 6:00am to 2:30pm, Monday-Friday.
