Job Title: Orthopedic Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Nurse Specialist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will work with a dynamic interdisciplinary Orthopedic team to provide high-quality patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and technology.

Responsibilities:
  • Collect and assess data to provide therapeutic care to patients and their families.
  • Participate in a team that uses evidenced-based care and technology at Wisconsin's #1 Hospital.
  • Meet the minimum requirements for the position, including experience in Orthopedics, insulin drips, and acute care.
  • Hold a valid WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
  • Pass the UW Health Telemetry test prior to starting the assignment.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of acute care experience within the last 3 years.
  • Experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.
  • Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks).
  • Basic Arrhythmia experience.
