Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and troubleshoot malfunctions in equipment, replacing or repairing defective components as needed.
  • Remove and replace defective electronic, electrical, and mechanical components, utilizing knowledge of equipment operation and repair.
  • Test and operate equipment to ensure that defects have been corrected.
  • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to the position and employment.
  • Accurately complete all paperwork, including timesheets, in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Minimum of two years work experience in a related field.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of security systems, ATM facilities, and industrial gates.
  • Ability to use hand tools and troubleshoot equipment.
  • Customer service skills.
Working Conditions
  • Walking up and down stairs.
  • Lifting up to 75 lbs.
  • Working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Bending and crouching to work on machines.
  • Working in confined areas.

This is a non-exempt position with a Monday-Friday schedule and rotating on-call duties. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to service customers in a timely manner.
