About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to join our leadership team in Boulder. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading our restaurant operations and driving growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of restaurant managers and staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant operations, including menu development, inventory management, and staff training
  • Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and delicious menu offerings
  • Manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local health and safety regulations
