Occupational Therapy Assistant

Boulder Community Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our team. As an Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction of an occupational therapist to provide quality patient care through the provision of occupational therapy services.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on functional long and short-term goals.
- Implement occupational therapy treatment programs using appropriate techniques and tools.
- Develop and supervise groups designed with the input of the Occupational Therapy staff.
- Report and document treatment sessions, treatment techniques, patient progress, and response to treatment.
- Transfer patients from wheelchair, bed, mat, commode, etc.
- Graduate of a two-year Occupational Therapy Assistant program with an Associate of Applied Science certificate.
- BLS certification required by the end of conditional period.
- Current Occupational Therapy Assistant certification issued by the State of Colorado.
