About the Role

We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our team at Boulder Community Health. As a key member of our surgical team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, including performing surgical procedures and managing patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and advise patients on the risks involved with surgery
  • Perform surgical procedures to prevent or correct injury, disease, deformities, and patient function while adhering to regulatory and ethical protocols
  • Follow established surgical techniques during surgery
  • Prescribe preoperative and postoperative treatment and procedures
  • Direct and coordinate care for proper patient experience
  • Oversee all treatment prior to and post-surgery, and identify associated risks
  • Participate in a multidisciplinary case conference and peer review
