Job Overview:

As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients through their recovery journey.

About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Residential Program Coordinator to join our team at our Norfolk location. In this role, you will be responsible for training and supporting our BHT team in all aspects of residential operations, including daily activities, meal planning, and client supervision. You will also assist with escalating concerns or crises to our Lead Behavioral Health Technician as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with training and supporting BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
- Coordinate daily activities, including meal planning and client supervision
- Assist with escalating concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
- Support client engagement and morale, maintaining a positive recovery environment
- Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
- If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
- Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (dependent on experience)
